Ingredients to make Makhana Kheer -

One less Makhana, 2 tablespoons ghee, one tablespoon cashew, one tablespoon pistachios, one tablespoon raisins, and one tablespoon almonds, half less millipede, one-liter full cream milk, 2 teaspoon saffron, and quarter spoon cardamom powder.

Method of making Makhana Kheer-

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry the Makhana in it. Heat ghee again in the same pan and fry dry fruits and keep it aside, now add milk in a thick bottomed pan and boil it, now cook the milk on low flame till it reduces to half. After that add makhana to it and cook for some time. And then add dry fruits and let it cook with a lid. Add milkmaid, saffron, almond powder, and cardamom powder to it, mix well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. In this way your Makhana Kheer is ready. Now serve it hot and enjoy it yourself.
