ERROR ON WEBSITE: Veteran tech company Samsung has closed its app store Tizen. Users can no longer access the Tizen App Store website. The company stopped taking new registrations on the Tizen App Store in June last year. However, despite this, it was still available to exist users and users could only use it to install previously downloaded apps. According to reports, Samsung's Tizen App Store has been closed since December 31, and even visiting its website is showing errors.

Tizen OS was also available in the smartwatch along with the phone
The company's last phone to work on the Tizen operating system was the Samsung Galaxy Z4, which was launched in the year 2017. The company later stopped giving Tizen OS in smartphones, but it is being given in Samsung's smartwatches. However, the company adopted Google's WearOS from the Samsung Galaxy Watch Series 4.

Could not install third-party apps
Android users using smartwatches with Tizen OS were unable to install third-party apps on the watch, and the company fixed this problem with the Galaxy Watch Series 4. The Galaxy Watch 4 used to come with Samsung's customized One UI based on Google Wear OS. Its users used to get access to many apps through the Play Store.
