How To Make Sabudana Tikki Chaat-

First of all, take out the boiled sweet potato in a vessel and mash it well. Add soaked sabudana, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin powder, cumin powder, crushed peanuts, rock salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Now make small balls of the mixture and flatten them to make tikkis. Cook them on a flat tava (griddle) on low to medium flame in minimum oil till they become crispy and golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, place the tikkis on a plate, and top with sweet curd, fast-special green chutney, crushed peanuts, cumin powder, red chili powder, and pomegranate. Sabudana Tikki Chaat is ready!
