Ingredients required-

  • Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Flax seeds - 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Take 1 tsp (3-4 g) with warm water at night before bed or in the morning.
  • Take this mixture daily for 12 weeks.

You can take this mixture every month from the second day to the last day of your period and can start it again after the period is over.
