To make Dhokla bowl for breakfast, 120 grams gram flour, 2 teaspoons semolina, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon ginger and green chili paste, ½ teaspoon citric acid, 1 ½ teaspoon Eno, 2 teaspoons Take oil, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 long chopped green chilies, ½ teaspoon sesame seeds, 1-2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves, 6-7 curry leaves and salt as per taste.

To make Katori Dhokla, first take gram flour in a bowl, add ginger, green chili, turmeric powder, and sugar, add salt and water and mix the list, add that oil, then mixes well and add baking soda.

After this you keep the batter covered for some time, then fill the gram flour batter in the bowl, fill the bowl with gram flour, after 10 minutes, turn off the gas and take out the yeast from the bowl, then heat the mustard oil.
