If guests come to the house and want to eat something spicy with tea in the evening so you can prepare balls made of semolina and corn at home. It can be made quickly and without any preparation. Anyway, children often demand something new and spicy food. In such a situation, they will like these semolina balls very much. So let's know what is the method of making semolina corn balls.

Ingredients-

Milk - 1 cup

Semolina - 1 cup

Corn kernels - 3 tsp

Green chili - 2-3

Red chili - 2 coarsely ground

Salt - as per taste

Oil - as required

Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp

Black pepper - a pinch

Flour - half a bowl

Green coriander

Method-

To make semolina corn balls, first heat oil in a pan. Just two spoons of oil will be needed to fry the semolina. Fry it well. Roast the semolina and add milk to it. Now cook semolina with milk. When the semolina absorbs the milk, take it off the gas and keep it. Now add boiled corn to this mixture. To boil the corn, add some water and butter along with sweet corn in the cooker and cook for two to three whistles.

Add green chili, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and coriander powder along with sweet corn and mix well. Then let this mixture cool down. When this semolina mixture cools down, prepare small balls from it. Keep these balls aside. Now take all-purpose flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and black pepper to it and prepare a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan. When this oil becomes hot, moisten the semolina balls by dipping them in the flour solution. Then wrap it in bread crumbs kept on a plate. Then put it in hot oil and fry till golden. Just serve hot crispy sooji corn with ketchup.
