Now slowly add water to the flour and knead a soft dough with the help of your hands.

To prepare the filling of Kachori, heat a pan and fry the khoya in it for about 5 minutes until it becomes light brown.

When the khoya cools down, add all the spices and dry fruits to it and mix.

Prepare syrup by boiling sugar and water in a pan. Make a wire syrup, add saffron threads to it, and keep aside.

Roll out small balls of dough and flatten them with your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the edges to seal it. Press to flatten slightly.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the kachori on low flame until it turns golden brown.

After frying, make holes in the kachoris and pour syrup over them. Let them soak for about 10 minutes.
