Many times I feel like eating something sweet, but there are no sweet dishes at home and I don't feel like going to the market. In such situations, one can consider making something that can be prepared quickly at home with easily available ingredients. Jaggery cheela is one such recipe that is perfect to make in such circumstances. Today we have brought the recipe of Jaggery Cheela for you.

Material:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup jaggery

2 tbsp oil

3/4 cup water

Recipe :

To make jaggery cheela, first take a container of jaggery.

Now add some water to the jaggery and let the jaggery dissolve completely in it.

When the jaggery dissolves well in water, filter it through a sieve. If you want, you can also melt jaggery on the stove.

Now take a bowl and add wheat flour into it.

Prepare the batter by adding jaggery water to the flour.

Knead the mixture until there are no lumps left in the dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid after 10 minutes. If the batter has become thick then you can dilute it a little by adding some water to it.

Heat the pan on the gas. When the pan becomes slightly hot, spread some oil or ghee around it.

Now with the help of a big spoon, pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape like a pancake.

After spreading the batter on the pan, sprinkle a little oil on the edges.

When the upper surface of the cheela starts looking golden and crispy, turn it.

Similarly, when the other surface also becomes light brown, remove it from the pan and keep it on a plate.

Make all the cheetahs in the same manner.
