Ingredients to make Amritsari Paneer Pakoda
- 500 grams cheese
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 2 teaspoons rice flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp egg
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- a pinch of asafoetida
- salt to taste

To make Amritsari Paneer Pakoda, first take gram flour, rice flour, flour, asafoetida, ova, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Now add some water to it mix everything well and keep it aside. Now sprinkle salt on the cheese pieces. Now dip the paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry them in oil until they turn golden. When the pakodas are fried, take them out on a plate and sprinkle some dry mango powder on top. Serve hot pakodas with green chutney and tea.
