Materials required

Poha - 1.5 cups

Boiled potatoes - 2

chopped green chilies - 1-2

chopped coriander - 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)

Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for frying (as required)

Salt as per taste

Recipe

To make delicious Poha Pakoda, first, take out the Poha in a bowl and clean it thoroughly. After this, put it in a sieve and wash it with water. Now keep the poha soaked for some time. After this, take a cooker and keep the potatoes in it to boil. After boiling the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Meanwhile, chop green chilies and coriander finely. Now add mashed potatoes and soaked poha in a big mixing bowl and mix.

Now add red chili, cumin, sugar, green chili, green coriander, and other ingredients to this mixture and mix everything well. In this way, the pakoda paste will be prepared. Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, put the poha mixture in it like pakoda, and fry it. Put the pakodas in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. These pakodas have to be fried until they become golden and crisp. After this, take out the pakodas on a plate. Now you can serve these pakodas with sauce.
