Since they are sometimes prepared at home, they hold a special place in one's heart. Today we are sharing a recipe of sweet khoya paratha for you. Material:

200 grams khoya
1/4 gram saffron
a little kewra water
50 grams of granulated sugar
10 grams of cardamom powder
400 grams of whole wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
a pinch of salt
Water

recipe:

In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour and salt.
Add 2 tbsp ghee and knead a soft dough with water.
Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for an hour.
Grate the khoya and keep it aside.
Soak saffron in hot water. Then mix saffron with khoya, granulated sugar, cardamom powder, and kewra water. Mix it well.
Divide the dough into equal parts. Take each portion, fill it with khoya mixture, and make a ball.
Dust each portion with khoya mixture and roll again into a ball. Now roll the parathas.
Heat the pan add ghee as required and cook the paratha until it turns light brown on both sides.
Serve these hot and delicious sweet khoya parathas.
