First of all, take raw mangoes, wash them, and peel them. Later cut it and separate its kernels. Now cut the mango pulp into small pieces and put it in the mixer. After this, add one-fourth cup of water and grind it. Sieve the prepared paste with a strainer and take it out. Now keep it for fifteen minutes and let it remain.

Put half a cup of sugar and a quarter of water in a pan and heat it until it becomes homogeneous. Add mango juice to the pan and mix. Cook it for some time and then give roasted cumin seeds. Also, add two drops of orange food color and black salt to it. Cook for 5 minutes till it thickens. Switch off the gas and let it cool down. Fill the prepared mixture and keep it like this for about 15 minutes to set. In this way, your tasty raw mango candy will be ready.
