Ingredients:

  • two liters of milk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • a spoonful of flour
  • 4 cups sugar syrup

Method :

  • First of all, take out the cream or cream from the milk and boil the milk once by keeping it on a low flame.
  • Now put lemon juice in it, turn off the gas and then keep it aside for some time.
  • When the milk curdles, drain its water and put it in a sieve, and leave it for four hours.
  • After a certain time, mash the paneer well and then make balls of flour or semolina in it.
  • Now boil water in a vessel and put the prepared paneer balls in it and cover it.
  • Let these balls remain in hot water for about 20 minutes and leave them to cool.
  • When the balls cool down, take out the water and put them in the sugar syrup.
  • Delicious rasgullas are ready. Let it cool and serve with saffron garnish.
