macaroni
green cardamom
a pinch of saffron (optional)

Desi Ghee
Dry fruits - Cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios (finely chopped)
Method
To make vermicelli, first heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the vermicelli on low flame. After the vermicelli is roasted golden, add milk to it and wait for it to boil. After boiling, cook it on low flame and let it thicken. Meanwhile keep stirring the kheer so that it does not stick to the bottom. When it becomes thick, add sugar, saffron, cardamom and cashew-almonds and serve.
