Rajma Masala Recipe: You can make Rajma very spicy by increasing the spices. People who like spicy food will like its taste. If you have never made Rajma curry, then it can be prepared easily with the help of the method given by us.

Ingredients for making Rajma Masala
Rajma – 1/2 kg
Finely chopped onions – 2
Tomatoes chopped – 5-6
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala – 1 tablespoon
Meat masala – 1 tablespoon
Large cardamom – 2
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

How to make Rajma Masala
Flavorful Rajma can be prepared and served at lunch or dinner. To prepare Rajma, first, soak Rajma in water overnight. The next day, heat water in a vessel, add kidney beans to it and boil it. Boil the kidney beans for about 10 minutes so that they become soft. Now take out the kidney beans from the water and shift them in the cooker. Add black cardamom, water as required, and a little salt to the cooker.

After this, wait for 2 whistles in the cooker. When two whistles come, slow down the gas flame and let the kidney beans cook for 20-25 minutes. In fact, to soften the kidney beans properly, it is very important to cook them properly. Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, add ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped onions and fry while stirring.

When the onion paste turns light brown, add tomato puree and red chili powder to it and mix. Now add garam masala, coriander powder, meat masala all other spices, and a little salt, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes. Now put boiled kidney beans in the prepared masala and let it boil after adding a little water. After cooking for 5 minutes, put green coriander leaves in it and turn off the gas. Tasty rajma masala curry is ready. Serve it with rice or roti.
