Ingredients for making Poori

1 cup flour
salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp oil
water (as needed)
2 tbsp semolina

To make Crispy Poori, first take flour in a vessel.
Now add salt, oil and semolina to the flour and mix it well with hands.
When all the ingredients are mixed well, add water and knead the dough.
When it is like a dough, cover it and leave it for a few minutes.
Now put oil in a pan on the other side and heat it on the gas.
When the oil becomes hot, put the rolled puri in it and fry it.
When the puri becomes crispy, take it out in a vessel.

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cumin (whole)
- 1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- Salt (as per taste)
- a pinch asafoetida
1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp fennel
- Water (as needed)
- 4 cups potatoes (boiled)
Green coriander leaves (chopped)

how to make bhaji

To make bhaji, first heat a pan by pouring oil on the gas.
When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds, green chilies, tomato puree and ginger and fry for a while.
When all the ingredients are fried well, then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel and asafetida and cook it on low flame.
When all the ingredients are cooked, add boiled potatoes and cook on low flame for a while.
When the vegetable is cooked well, take it off the gas and later serve it with hot poori.
