Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mustard greens,
  • 1 cup spinach,
  • 2-3 green chilies,
  • 1 teaspoon wheat flour,
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon ghee

Method :

  • First of all wash and chop mustard and spinach.
  • Now boil it in the cooker.
  • Grind the greens in the mixie.
  • Then heat oil in a pan, and fry green chilies, onions, and tomatoes in it.
