2 chicken legs

2 tbsp ghee

1 piece butter

For marination

1/2 cup curd
1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp tandoori masala


1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 tbsp green coriander
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp mustard oil
How to make Chicken Tandoori

Wash and dry the chicken leg pieces. Prepare the marinade by adding curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, green coriander, mint leaves, mustard oil, green chili, ginger, and garlic paste. When the marinade is ready, apply it to the chicken legs and let it marinate overnight.

The next day takes out the leg pieces and applies ghee on all the marinated legs. Place them on the barbecue and fry well. When done, take them out in a bowl.
