Papaya
Papaya has a hot nature, hence pregnant women are not advised to eat papaya. However, raw or semi-ripe papaya contains latex which can induce premature contractions which is dangerous for the baby in the womb. But fully ripe papaya can be eaten. But one should avoid eating it in large quantities.

Pineapple
A pregnant woman should not eat pineapple. They contain certain enzymes that change the structure of the cervix, which can promote premature contractions. Due to which there is a risk of miscarriage. Apart from this, this fruit can also cause diarrhea during pregnancy, which is very uncomfortable.

Grape
Grapes should not be consumed during the last trimester of pregnancy. Because grapes are known to produce heat in the body which is not good for both mother and child. In such a situation, it is important not to consume grapes at all or eat them in very small quantities to avoid any complications during pregnancy.
