In such a situation, this time Pradosh fast is on Tuesday, March 29, on the Trayodashi of Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month from March 19. This is the first Pradosh to fall in the Chaitra month of 2022. It should be understood here that the Pradosh period starts from the time when the sun is near setting. In such a situation, this time i.e. on March 29, the auspicious time for worshiping Lord Shiva during Pradosh Vrat will be from 06:37PM to 08:57PM.
According to the experts, this time on the day of this Pradosh fast falling in Chaitra, on the one hand, on this day (Tuesday, March 29) till 02:38 PM, there will be Dwadashi, while on the same day Trayodashi will be held immediately after this. In such a situation, Trayodashi will remain on the next day, Wednesday, 30 March till 01:19 PM, after which due to Chaturdashi, there will be monthly Shivratri on this day. That is, on the same day starting from Trayodashi, there will be monthly Shivratri.

According to the experts, on the day of Trayodashi, devotees observe a fast of Pradosh to please Lord Shiva and Shankar. Pradosh fast is considered very dear to Lord Shiva.
