Do not consume tea or coffee after dinner

Do not consume sweets

Often people have a craving to eat something sweet after eating food and they are unable to stop this craving. By doing this you can also gain weight faster because they contain a high amount of calories which can be responsible for weight gain. Apart from this, eating sweets also extinguishes the digestive fire due to which the food is not digested properly.

Avoid lying down immediately after having dinner

One should never lie down after having dinner. Doing this may hamper your weight loss journey. Your metabolism may get disturbed and digestion may be affected. After eating, take a walk for at least half an hour before lying down.

Do not drink water immediately after dinner

You should also avoid drinking water immediately after dinner. This may cause you digestive problems. Your metabolism may also slow down, due to which your weight may increase rapidly.
