Myth 1- Eating frequently makes the baby healthy.

Therefore, for the proper growth of children, you should give them food at the right time.
Myth 2- It is very important to give juice to children.
Truth- This is also a common myth, which is believed by all. Parents feel that it is very important to give juice to the child to keep him healthy. This is also not entirely true. Juices can provide benefits to the child, but they should not be packaged juices. Also, if possible, give your child whole fruits instead of juice as they provide more nutrients and fibre.
Myth 3- It is necessary to take multivitamins to keep the child healthy.
Truth- Many times parents start giving multivitamins to maintain the nutrition level of their children. But this is also considered wrong. Multivitamins should never be given to children by themselves, nor are multivitamins a substitute for food. If you want, you can meet all the nutritional needs of the baby through food alone. Myth 4- Children should eat eggs regularly.

Myth 5- If the child plays a lot of sports then he needs to take extra carbohydrates.
Fact- Carbs are indeed a good source of energy. This is the reason why parents think that physically active children should consume more carbs. But if your child is taking a balanced diet, then there is no need to give him carbs separately during sports. However, if the child is participating in a long weekend tournament where they are playing for several hours at a time, it may be beneficial to include additional carbohydrates in the meal before the game.
