People who join this scheme are given Rs 15,000 so that they can buy the toolkit.

You are also given a loan at a cheap interest rate and without guarantee, in which there is a provision to give a loan of Rs 1 lakh first. After this, you are also given an additional loan of Rs 2 lakh.
