Periods are a normal process that occurs every month in women. However, due to hormonal changes that occur during this time or sometimes before, women face many problems during these days. Flax seeds will reduce problems before periods

Omega-3 regulates and maintains dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Both of these are happy hormones which improves our mood. When the level of these hormones decreases, you may feel irritable, angry and stressed. In such a situation, flax seeds, which are rich in Omega-3, can help you. Not only this, it also reduces headaches and anxiety caused by PMS. They also reduce weight.

How to eat?

  • Take flax seeds in 1 small bowl.
  • Dry roast it in the pan.
  • Now grind it and make its powder.
  • Take this powder with 1 teaspoon of water 10 days before the start of the period.
  • With this, you will feel the difference in a few days.

Eat sesame seeds in PMS

Sesame seeds can also help you in PMS. Omega-3 and magnesium are found in abundance in sesame seeds. It reduces acne, mood swings, muscle cramps and inflammation caused by hormonal imbalance. Before periods, many women also complain of constipation . In such a situation, these seeds can help you. It also contains Vitamin E in high quantity which balances the level of estrogen.

How to eat?

  • Fry them lightly and eat them.
  • You can also take its powder with water.
  • You can also include it in your diet by adding it to food items.
