How many installments have been received so far?
Beneficiaries have so far received 14 installments of money under PM Kisan Yojana. The money for the 14th installment was released on July 27. During this period, installments were given to more than 8 crore eligible farmers.
When can the 15th installment come?
If media reports are to be believed, the 15th installment may be released in November. However, no official information has been revealed regarding this yet. If this happens, then after about a month the farmers can get the 15th installment.
Beneficiaries may be less
While more than 8 crore farmers had the benefit of the 14th installment, it is believed that the beneficiaries of the 15th installment may be less. The first reason behind this is that many such farmers have been identified who were taking benefits of the scheme despite being ineligible.
At the same time, the second reason for this is that if a farmer does not get the e-KYC done, does not get the land verification done, does not get the Aadhaar card linked to the bank account, etc.. So in such situations, the installments of these beneficiaries may get stuck.
