Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been run for the farmers and this scheme is operated by the Central Government. Under this scheme, an installment of Rs 2,000 each is given to the beneficiaries every four months, and by doing so, farmers get financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually. In this series, the 16th installment was released on February 28, in which about 9 crore farmers got the benefit of the installment, but during this period many farmers did not get the installment. These could be some reasons for installment getting stuck:-
Primary reason
If your installment is stuck, it is possible that you have not got the e-KYC done. It had already been made clear by the government that it is mandatory to get e-KYC done to avail the benefit of the installment.
Second reason
If you have not received the benefit of the 16th installment, then there may be some mistake in your application form. For example, information about name, gender, Aadhaar number, or even bank account information can be wrong, etc.
Third reason
The third reason for the installment getting stuck could also be not getting the land verification done. Under the rules, every farmer associated with PM Kisan Yojana must get this work done. In such a situation, if you have not got this work done within the stipulated time, then due to this also the installment may get stuck.
Fourth reason
The installment may also get stuck for those farmers whose Aadhaar card is not linked to their bank account. You can get this work done by visiting your nearest bank branch, but even if you have not got this work done, your installment may get stuck.
