In this context, there is a scheme which is directly benefits those farmers who come from the poor class or are needy. We are talking about the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. In this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 2-2 thousand is available every four months i.e. a total of Rs 6 thousand annually, but do you know that due to some of your mistakes, your installment can get stuck? Probably not, but it's important for you to know. So let's try to find out. You can know about this in the next slides...
Do not make these mistakes, otherwise, the installment may get stuck:-
Mistake number 1
If you are connected to PM Kisan Yojana or are newly connected, then you should get e-KYC done. This is necessary for every beneficiary associated with the scheme. If for some reason you do not get this work done, you may be deprived of the benefit of the installment.
If you want to get e-KYC done, then you can get e-KYC done yourself by visiting the official farmer portal pmkisan.gov.in.
Apart from this, you can get e-KYC done by visiting your nearest bank.
At the same time, you can also go to your nearest CSC center to get e-KYC done.
Mistake number 2
The beneficiaries associated with the scheme must get one more work done and that is land verification. If you do not get this work done, you may be deprived of the benefit of the installment. It was already made clear by the government that all the beneficiaries must get land verification done.
Mistake number 3
It is important to get one more work done for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, because even if this work is not done, you may be deprived of the benefit of the installment. That work is to link your Aadhar card with your bank account. If you have not done this work yet, get it done immediately.
