Yogshala During Isolation: The Delhi government will provide free online yoga classes in home isolation to the Covid patients of the capital. Whose Covid report in Delhi is positive, a link will be messaged on which those patients can book a time slot for themselves. Trained yoga teachers of Delhi's Yogashala will make them do yoga. These yoga classes are for people recovering in home isolation with mild symptoms.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said these things during an interaction with yoga instructors of Delhi's Yogashala on Saturday. At present, the yoga instructors of the Yogashala are visiting 65 places across Delhi in the pilot phase and giving yoga to the people every day. The pilot phase results are very encouraging. Calls are coming from every corner of Delhi to learn Yoga. Sisodia said that Yogashala is changing the lives of people. Yoga classes will start soon all over Delhi. The number of Covid patients in Delhi is increasing. In such a situation, the Delhi government plans that online yoga classes will be made available for the patients of Covid who are suffering from mild symptoms and are recovering at home. Thus, along with medical treatment, we will help them in boosting their immunity through online yoga sessions. Each yoga class will have around 25 to 35 people, who will be given yoga by the best yoga instructors in Delhi. During registration, people can choose their slot and they will be given classes as per their requirement and convenience.
Teachers doing yoga to people at 65 places

The Deputy Chief Minister informed that at present 61 yoga teachers trained under Yogashala of Delhi are conducting yoga sessions at 65 places. The pilot phase results are very encouraging. Very soon, in every locality, in every park all over Delhi, yoga teachers of the Delhi government will make people do yoga.
