Try this recipe to make restaurant-like pasta.
Material :
1 cup pasta, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2-3 garlic, 2 tbsp oil, 1 small onion, 2 capsicums, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dried mango powder, salt as needed, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Method :
Pour 3 cups of water and salt into a pan. Boil pasta in it. When it is cooked, take it out of the water.
Now finely chop the garlic cloves. Also, chop onion and capsicum. Make tomato puree.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Now add chopped garlic and onion. Fry for a few minutes. Add tomato puree, then add salt as well. Now mix this mixture well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Then add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, dried mango powder, and garam masala. Mix the spices well and fry for 2-4 minutes.
Now put boiled pasta in the spices and coat it well. Finally, add tomato ketchup and mix everything well.
Switch off the gas after a minute or two.
Your pasta is ready.
