How can you get a refund?

Suppose you are recharging your metro card, but you accidentally recharged someone else's metro card. In such a case, you can get a refund only if the person does not avail top-up of the recharged card on the auto vending machine for 10 days.

In such a case, if that person has not recharged, then the process of getting you a refund starts. After this, it is decided in some time that you will get a refund. Here, know that it may take 11-30 days for the refund to come.
