Does North India love spicy chaat? Then try this chaat recipe, which you can make in just a few minutes. Make this papad cone chaat for evening tea and enjoy it with hot tea.

If you want to try an off-beat recipe, then this fusion of papad and namkeen will surely become your favorite. Add chopped vegetables of your choice along with chaat masala and enjoy. The prepared papad cones look lovely and are the perfect snack to be served at kitty parties and birthdays. Do try this recipe.

2 papads
1 cup brine
1 small onion
1 small tomato
4 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
As required Chaat masala
Black salt as required
2 tbsp boondi
2 green chilies

Step 1/4 Chop the Vegetables
First, cut the onion, tomato, and green chili into small pieces. Put them in a bowl.

Step 2/4 Prepare the Mixture
Now add the salty mixture to it. You can use Aloo Bhujia, Bombay Mix, Khatta Meetha, or any other namkeen of your choice. To prepare the stuffing, add lemon juice, coriander leaves, black salt, chaat masala, boondi and mix well.

Step 3/4 Roast the Papad
Cut the papads in half and roast them on a non-stick tava (griddle). Once cooked, fold each half into a cone and hold them for a few seconds so that they hold their shape.

Step 4/4 Fill and Serve
Pour the prepared stuffing into the cone and serve. enjoy!
