The fun of eating tea and samosas, especially during winters and monsoons, is something else. Usually, people make many small mistakes while making Paneer Samosa, due to which the samosas do not become crispy. If you also make the same mistake, then follow this recipe-

Ingredients for making Paneer Samosa-
25 grams of finely shredded cheese
1/2 medium finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 pinches of ground salt
1 cup ground flour
1 finely chopped green chili
1/4 tsp cumin
25 grams melted butter
1 cup oil

How to make Paneer Samosa -
To make this recipe, take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, butter, and salt to it. With the help of your hands, mix these ingredients into a dough consistency. It should be a little tight. After kneading the dough, cover it with a wet cotton cloth and keep it for some time. Now heat some oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds. Then add onions, and green chilies and fry for a minute or two. Add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and paneer. Mix the ingredients well and fry for a minute. Once done, remove from the flame.

Now to make the samosa, open the dough little by little and take it out. Make small balls out of the dough and roll them into small/medium puris. Cut them in half with the help of a knife. Take half of the poori and shape it into a cone using the edge of your palm. Fill 1 or 2 tbsp of this paneer mixture. Seal the edges by folding them with a little water. Repeat the same process with the other samosas. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup of oil in a deep frying pan. Place the samosas carefully in the pan and deep fry on medium-high flame. Take it out when it turns golden brown.
