Often when we order pizza from the market, we pick up a lot of pizza seasonings. Especially oregano is very much liked. These packets are stored for months and are used in some special dishes like Maggi or Pasta. However, it is easily available in the market as well. But it is quite expensive. So you can easily prepare it at home. You can store this homemade oregano for a long time. You can prepare it with fewer frills. Here's an easy way to make it-

Material
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper


- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Crispy Garlic

How to make


Heat oil in a pan, and cook garlic on low flame till it turns golden brown. Keep in mind that when you add the garlic the oil should not be too cold otherwise, it will not be crispy. Sieve it in a sieve and then keep it on tissue paper, so that its extra oil dries up. Now grind dry basil leaves in it. Then add black pepper, chili flakes, salt, and oregano after crushing the leaves and mix again. After cooling, you can store it in a glass air-tight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 months.
