As cases of cyber fraud have increased significantly, Bollywood actor Aftab Shivdasani has become a victim of scammers in a new scam. Aftab suffered a loss of Rs 1.50 lakh in this scam. According to reports, he received a message containing a link instructing him to update his KYC. However, the link given in this message was a phishing link.

Reportedly, when Aftab Shivdasani received the message, he followed the instructions. While doing this, Rs 1,49,999 was deducted from his account. When he realized that he had been cheated, he lodged a complaint with the police. Such scams have become quite common today and it is very important to protect yourself from them.
