Drinking soup in winter is very beneficial. Apart from keeping the body warm, it also increases appetite and keeps digestion right. So today we will learn how to make Onion Soup.

Serves : 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter,
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped, 1
  • white onion,
  • 1/4 cup cornflour,
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning,
  • 2 cups vegetable stock/chicken stock,
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream,
  • 1/2 small tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

process :

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Fry onions in it.
  • Add flour to it.
  • Add Italian seasoning and fry for a minute.
  • Add veg or chicken stock to it.
  • Switch off the flame and run the blender.
  • Add cream as well as salt and pepper.
  • Serve with a crispy onion booker.
  • Serve with a tasty starter.
