Start the day like this
Start your day with lukewarm water with cinnamon. Take some soaked nuts along with it. In nuts, you can take 3-4 raisins, 1 Brazil nut and 5 almonds. It helps balance your blood sugar levels, boost immunity, control insulin spikes, and improve thyroid function.
Breakfast
You can eat Fermented Millet Dosa for breakfast. It is considered very good for improving insulin sensitivity.
Mid-morning
Eat your favorite fruit. Put Haleem seeds on it and eat it. Take about 1/4 tsp of Haleem seeds. It contains phytochemicals that can help to overcome the problem of irregular periods.
Lunch
Eat sprouted lentils in lunch. This improves gut health. Not only this, but it also helps in boosting immunity, balancing insulin levels and weight loss.
Evening snack
Have a Cacao Antioxidant Smoothie as the evening snack. It lowers the level of stress hormones and increases serotonin (the happy hormone). You can make this smoothie very easily.

- Banana - 1

- Almond butter - 1 tsp
Method to prepare
- Blend everything.

Dinner
Eat sweet potato chaat for dinner. Apart from this, you can also make millet khichdi by adding spinach or bathua. It is a good source of magnesium and iron. By improving blood circulation, it helps in the production of melatonin.
Post dinner
Have chamomile tea after dinner. Add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to it. This reduces stress, improves insulin sensitivity and also promotes the release of sleep hormones.
