4 cups full cream milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup flaked almonds
1 handful chopped cashew nuts - Roasted

Step 1/3 Boil the milk
To make this quick and easy chocolate rardi, take a pan and pour full-fat milk into it, reduce the flame and keep stirring continuously so that the milk does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Step 2 / 3 Add the Melted Chocolate
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and keep it aside. When the milk starts to thicken, reduce the flame and add melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix all the ingredients with the help of a spatula and keep stirring the milk.

Step 3 / 3 Chocolate Rabri is ready to eat!
When the milk becomes slightly thick, add fresh cream along with almonds and cashews. Cook the rabri till it gets a thick and creamy texture. Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped cashew nuts and enjoy!
