Basic Baking Tips: The biggest problem in making a cake is that even after many attempts, the cake does not bloom if the same thing happens to you, then this is the recipe for making the perfect cake-

While making the cake, keep in mind that the flour should not be too old.

Grind the sugar very finely and sieve it through a sieve with fine flour two-three times.

Knead the flour in the same direction, the cake will rise well.

Before baking the cake, preheat the oven so that the temperature remains the same.

There should not be any moisture in the baking dish, for this dry it well otherwise the cake will not rise properly.

Take out the cake items from the fridge a little earlier and keep them outside so that their temperature remains normal.

If you want to add milk, do not add it cold, but add it lukewarm.

To make the cake rise well, keep the mixture aside a day before.

Do not add more than the prescribed amount of baking soda or baking powder to the cake, otherwise, the cake will burst.

Keep the flame the same while baking the cake. If cooking in an electric oven, do not keep the temperature below 300 degrees.

Before placing the cake in the baking dish, grease it so that it is easy to remove the cake.

If the cake is overcooked or slightly burnt, then cut off the top and sides with a sharp knife and make the icing.

Use fresh cream and icing for icing and make icing from the icing set itself.

If you want to make two-three cakes, do not make them together and make them one by one.

To check whether the cake is cooked or not, insert a clean needle into the center of the cake. If the cake sticks to the needle, it means that it is not cooked, if it does not stick, then it means that the cake is ready.
