Ayushman cards are made for eligible people under the Ayushman scheme.
Then through these cards, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals.

Step 1
If you are also eligible for the Ayushman scheme, then you can get an Ayushman card.
To get it made, you first have to go to your nearest public service center.

Step 2
After this, the officer will ask you for some of your documents
In these, you have to give the applicant's Aadhar card, residence certificate, ration card, and an active mobile number.
Step 3
Then your documents will be checked and your eligibility is also checked.
After this, if found eligible, your Ayushman card application is made.
Then within a few days, you get the Ayushman card ready and you can avail of its benefits.
