Tech company OnePlus has announced that it will soon enter the budget smartwatch segment. Users will get a chance to buy OnePlus Nord Watch for less than Rs 5,000. The company has said that this will be the first smartwatch within the Nord category and there have also been indications related to its specifications. The company has definitely shared a 'Coming Soon' poster on social media platforms.
OnePlus brought affordable mid-range devices with its Nord branding and now smartwatches are also being made a part of it. The black strap and dark gray metal casing of the watch are seen in the shared poster. The rotating crown is also visible on its right side, similar to the OnePlus Watch. The poster has revealed that this budget smartwatch will come with a square dial.
This may be the price of the OnePlus Nord Watch
Reports have revealed that the price of the new OnePlus Nord smartwatch can be around Rs 5,000. Also, this smartwatch is expected to be launched in Black and White color options. To remind you, last year the company launched OnePlus Watch, which can be purchased in the Indian market for Rs 16,999.
The cheap watch can come in two variants
If leaks are to be believed, two variants of the OnePlus Nord Watch can be launched, one of which will have a round and the other will get a square dial. A display with 240x240 pixels and 390x390 pixels resolution can be found in the circular dial. Similarly, the square dial can get 240x280 pixels and 368x448 pixels resolution.

The watch with a round dial can get dash lines for minutes and hours apart from protective edges. The rugged version of the watch may come with two rotating crowns. At the same time, two buttons can be found on the right side of the watch with a square dial. The OnePlus Nord Watch with a square dial is expected to come with a bigger display.
