2 kg gram flour
2 kg desi ghee

To make laddus, first of all, mix gram flour and water in a vessel and prepare the solution well. Keep ghee in a pan on low flame for heating, as soon as it becomes hot, filter the prepared solution with a sieve to make Motichoor or Boondi and turn off the flame. Mix water, sugar and milk in another pan on low flame and keep boiling. As soon as the first boil comes, add yellow color and cardamom powder. Now boil the prepared Motichoor or Boondi in it. After two boils, turn off the flame and leave the mixture for two to three minutes. Remove it from the pan and let it cool by adding magaz to it. Now make small laddus from the mixture. Motichoor laddus are ready. Serve garnished with pistachios.
