one cup sour curd
3 tbsp Rajgira flour
half teaspoon cumin
a piece of ginger
4 to 5 green chilies

half teaspoon sugar
2 tsp ghee

To make it, take curd in a bowl and then whisk it. Now add Rajgira flour to it and mix it well. Now add half a cup of water to it. (If you have taken more than the quantity mentioned, then add water as required.) Mix well. Then prepare ginger and green chili paste. Now heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle. Add ginger green chili paste to it. Mix well and keep stirring. When it is roasted well, then add the curd mixture to it and then keep stirring. When it comes to a boil, add salt and sugar as well. Keep stirring it occasionally. Your kadhi is ready after it is cooked well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and then serve with sama rice.
