Dosa Recipe
To make Buckwheat Dosa, first of all, prepare potatoes for its filling. For this, heat ghee in a pan and add green chilies to it. Now mash the boiled potatoes in it. After this add half a teaspoon of black pepper, add rock salt, and half a teaspoon of ginger and mix well. Now fry it well.

After this, now mash the boiled colocasia in a utensil to prepare dosa. Now add buckwheat flour and rock salt to it. Now slowly add water to it. After this add half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, half a teaspoon of ginger, celery, and green chilies and mix it well and make a smooth batter. This batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.

Now take a nonstick griddle and prepare dosa with this batter on it. When it gets roasted from one side, then roast it from the other side as well. When the dosa is cooked, place the prepared potatoes in the center and fold them. You can serve it with fasting green chutney.
