Dr Amit says, 'In this season, things containing vitamin-C are very beneficial for the skin.' Doctor Amit also tells about some such things, which will be found in your kitchen itself-

Potato juice

Potato juice contains vitamin C. But instead of applying potato juice directly on the skin, you should mix rose water in it. You can make de-tan face cleanser at home with this method-

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon potato juice
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method to prepare and apply-

Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients and apply them to the face before sleeping at night. Wash your face with water in the morning. You will benefit a lot by doing this regularly.

Milk and lemon

Lemon juice should never be applied directly to the skin as it increases the place of tanning of the skin. Lemon juice peels off and burns the skin, due to which the skin starts turning black. But you can use lemon in other ways-

Ingredients-

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method to prepare and apply-

You have to clean the skin by mixing lemon juice with milk. Let us tell you that milk exfoliates the skin and lemon juice bleaches the skin.

Coffee and honey

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tsp coffee

Method to prepare and apply

Mix coffee with honey and clean the face. Wash the face with water after 5 minutes. If you follow this home remedy regularly, you will get rid of tanning very quickly.
