How to make Namak Pare
To make Namak Pare, first put all-purpose flour, black pepper, carom seeds and salt in a vessel and mix it well.
When all the ingredients are mixed well, then add ghee or oil to it and mix it well. Keep in mind that all the ingredients should be mixed well. The better the ingredients, the more crispy the namak pare will become.
Now add water to the flour and knead it well. Keep in mind that the dough should not be too soft or else the namak pare will not be good.
After kneading the flour, cover it and leave it for a while.
After a while make dough from the kneaded flour.
Now make a ball and roll it into a big puri size and cut it like a thin line in the middle.
On the other hand, heat oil in a pan.
When the oil becomes hot, put the salted mercury in it and fry it well.
When the Namak Pare is fried, keep it in an airtight container after it cools down and close it.
Later serve it with tea.
