The rainy season has started and with this, it has become necessary to take extra care of the skin and hair. But along with this, nail care has also become important because during the rainy season the nails become weak and the cuticles get damaged.

Women who are fond of having big nails should be very careful in this season. At the same time, it is also important for those whose skin is dry on their hands that they should give proper treatment to their hands.

You will find many hand creams on the market, which are good, but their effect does not last very long and it is also expensive, which puts a burden on your pocket. In such a situation, you can try some home remedies. We have spoken to beauty expert Poonam Chugh about this.

Poonam ji says, 'Due to humidity in the monsoon season, nails lose their shine and they also become weak. Not only this, the skin around the nails is very delicate and due to the humidity in the rainy season, it starts to dry and crumble. This condition is very painful.'

Poonam ji also tells some tips related to this problem-

Rock salt and hot water

We do most of the work throughout the day with our hands. That's why taking care of them is also very important. Therefore, before sleeping at night, you should regularly dip your hands in lukewarm water with rock salt. After dipping your hands for five to 10 minutes, you go to sleep with hand cream. By doing this the skin around the nail remains soft.

Olive oil

Applying olive oil also adds shine to the nails. Massage your nails with olive oil after heating it a little and wash your hands with water afterwards. You can do this 2 times a day. If you want, you can also mix a few drops of tea tree oil in olive oil as it keeps the skin hydrated.

Honey

If your cuticles are getting damaged then you should apply honey to them and leave it on for 15 minutes after that clean your nails. Let us tell you that honey is a natural moisturizer.

Raw milk

Raw milk contains fatty acids, which are very beneficial for nails and skin. Dip your fingers in milk for some time. Do this before sleeping at night and follow this recipe regularly.
