Myth 3- Home workouts are boring

Truth- Often people are not able to go to the gym at a fixed time and hence prefer to work out at home. But they feel that working out at home is quite boring. However, it is not like that. If you want, you can also make home workouts very interesting and many methods can be adopted for this.

For example, you try to do a new exercise every day and challenge yourself. Apart from this, listening to a podcast during a workout, or watching your favourite movie can also make your workout interesting.

Myth 4- You can't work out in a small house

Truth- Many time’s people leave the home workout routine because they feel that there is not enough space in their small house. However, it is not like that. If you want, you can easily do workouts in less space. Try not to use too much equipment for home workouts.

A yoga mat and dumbbell etc. is enough for you. You can do many types of exercises by sitting and lying on the yoga mat even in less space. Similarly, you don't need a big space for exercises like squats and jumping jacks.
