Ms. Bharti also tells how the morning anti-aging skincare routine should be-

Step 1

First, you have to do facial toning. For this, you have to clean the entire face with ordinary rose water. If you want, you can also add rice water to it. It will tighten your skin.

Step-2

After toning the face, you have to scrub the face; you can make this scrub at home.

Ingredients-

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp coffee powder

Method to prepare and apply-

You can prepare a scrub by mixing milk, rice flour and coffee powder. Gently rub this scrub on the face after 2 minutes clean the face with water.

Step-3

In step 3 of this morning skincare routine, you have to apply a face pack. You can prepare this face pack in this way-

Ingredients-

  • 1 tsp curd
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method to prepare and apply-

Mix curd, gram flour, rice flour and honey in a bowl. Apply this paste to the face and leave it on the face for 15 minutes after that wash your face with water. This also gives a slight tightening on the face. In addition, the spots also get lighter.

Step-4

At the end of this whole process, you have to do facial moisturizing. For this, you can use aloe vera gel. You can mix rose water in aloe vera gel and apply it to the whole face while massaging lightly.
