Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Paratha -

1 cup wheat flour

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp grated garlic

salt as required

Method for making Chilli Garlic Paratha-

In a small bowl, add butter. The butter does not need to be melted but should be at room temperature. Now add red chili flakes, grated garlic, and chopped coriander leaves. Give a good mix to mix the ingredients. In a large bowl, add wheat flour and salt to taste. Now add 1 cup of water in batches and mix well to form a thick and lump-free batter. Now add the butter mixture to the liquid flour and give a good mix to make the final mixture. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) well. Now put 2 spoons of dough on the tawa and make round balls into the shape of a paratha. Let it cook on one side, then turn over to the other side. Smear the oil and flip again to the other side. Press all the sides of the paratha with a spoon and let it cook evenly.
