Ingredients:
- 1 cup fenugreek leaves,
- 1 cup paneer,
- 2 grated onions,
- ginger-garlic paste,
- salt to taste,
- 1 tsp red chili powder,
- 1 tsp cumin powder,
- 1 tsp coriander powder,
- 1-2 green chilies in pieces chopped,
- 3-4 tbsp oil as required
process :
Take flour in a bowl, add salt and oil to it and mix.
Knead the dough with the help of lukewarm water.
Now prepare the filling by adding fenugreek, paneer, salt, and all the spices in another bowl.
Now make a ball of dough and roll it, place the stuffing in the center and lift the dough from all sides and cover it and roll it again.
After heating a pan or griddle, put this paratha on it and apply oil on both sides and roast it till it becomes crispy.
Methi Paneer Paratha is ready.
